 Ludensemble presents the album Dream Sequence of an Ancient Forest\, featu
 ring music by composer Madli Marje Gildemann\, released in January 2026.\n
 The album brings together works inspired by biological processes\, the hid
 den rhythms of nature\, and mythological imagination. Its music draws from
  the secret life of plants\, nocturnal rhythms of the natural world\, and 
 the dreamlike realm of the forest\, while also engaging with the human-mad
 e world and its mythological meanings.The album presentation concert Dream
  Sequence of an Ancient Forest invites the listener to slow down and immer
 se themselves in music as a space where the natural and the human worlds i
 ntertwine.\nKadri-Ann Sumera (piano)\, Madli Marje Gildemann (piano)\, Tan

 Gildemann’s music is inspired and shaped by her interest in biological pro
 cesses and natural phenomena. It emerges from an effort to make these proc
 esses perceptible through sound\, creating distinctive sonic landscapes. S
 he has written music for ensembles such as Klangforum Wien\, the Adelphi S
 tring Quartet\, Pärnu City Orchestra\, Ensemble for New Music Tallinn\, En
 semble 21\, Estonian Percussion Group\, The Mondrian Ensemble\, Ensemble S
 ynaesthesis\, Sinfonietta Rīga\, Tallinn Chamber Orchestra\, the Estonian 
 National Symphony Orchestra\, and Ensemble U:\, among many others.\nIn 202
 2\, Gildemann was awarded second prize in the under-30 category at the Int
 ernational Rostrum of Composers in Palermo\, Sicily\, for her work Transpi
 ration. In 2023\, she received the ISCM Young Composer Award in Cape Town\
 , South Africa\, for Osmosis\, which was performed at the ISCM World New M
 usic Days. That same year\, Transpirationwas nominated for the Prince Pier
 re of Monaco Music Award. In 2024\, she received the LHV New Composition A
 ward (Special Prize) for Nocturnal Migrants—one of Estonia’s most signific
 ant contemporary music honors\, recognizing world premieres of exceptional
  artistic quality with international potential.\nGildemann’s music has bee
 n performed at numerous festivals\, including ORF Musikprotokoll\, the Luc
 erne Festival\, Bern Music Festival\, Estonian Music Days\, Baltic Music D
 ays\, ISCM World New Music Days (in Estonia and South Africa)\, the Hudder
